Collacrypt is a personal and concept-driven fashion collection that investigates the body as a site of confinement, informed by my lived experience with Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome. The garments are primarily crafted from liquid latex using a self-developed technique with custom laser-engraved moulds, combined with plaster-based body objects and manipulated textiles that are hand-painted and aged. The work explores themes of vulnerability, physical intensity, and hidden trauma, existing at the intersection of fashion and contemporary art. Unique construction methods and recycled textile elements are incorporated throughout.
