Welcome to COLABO! By signing up and using our platform, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions, which govern your participation as a Founding Member. Please read them carefully.

1. About COLABO

COLABO is a pre-launch fashion platform connecting emerging designers with stylists and industry insiders. As we prepare to launch publicly, you are receiving free early access as a Founding Member to help us test and improve the platform.

2. Eligibility

To become a Founding Member, you must:

  • Be 18 years or older.

  • Accurately represent your identity and professional status (as a designer or stylist).

  • Agree to provide feedback, 2 social media posts and testimonial post during the pre-launch phase (see Section 5).

3. Free Founding Access

Your current access is free of charge. This includes:

  • Designers: the ability to upload up to 5 designs, and be visible to stylists on the platform.

  • Stylists: access to browse and filter designer portfolios.

COLABO reserves the right to change pricing structures when we launch fully. Founding Members may receive discounted options as a thank-you for early participation.

4. Content Ownership & Responsibility

  • You retain full rights to any work, designs, or materials you upload.

  • You are responsible for ensuring that your content:

    • Is your own or that you have permission to share it.

    • Does not infringe on others’ intellectual property.

    • Is not offensive, illegal, or harmful.

    • Images and work are of the standard COLABO asks for in the welcome pack.

COLABO reserves the right to remove content or suspend access if any of these terms are violated.

5. Feedback & Participation

By registering, you agree to:

  • Fill in our feedback surveys, 2 social media posts and post a testimonial after the testing our pre-launch period.

  • Help us improve the platform by sharing your honest experience.

  • Receive early feature previews and invites to feedback sessions.

This participation is mandatory once you have registered as a Founding Member. This helps shape COLABO to suit your needs.

6. Communication & Messaging

  • Stylists may use contact details provided by Designers to request rentals or collaborations.

  • You agree not to spam, harass, or misuse contact details provided via COLABO.

  • Any interactions outside of the COLABO platform (e.g., via Instagram, mobile or email) are at your own risk and responsibility.

7. Privacy & Data Use

By signing up, you agree that we may:

  • Use your contact information to share platform news, opportunities, and relevant updates.

  • Share your public-facing items and contact details with users on the platform.

  • Store your submitted content securely and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We will never sell your data.

8. No Guarantees or Liability

As this is a beta/pre-launch phase, we cannot guarantee:

  • Continuous uptime or availability of the platform.

  • That all features will work perfectly (yet!).

COLABO is not responsible for:

  • Any agreements, rentals, or transactions made outside of the platform.

  • Any damage, loss, or miscommunication between users.

Please use the platform professionally and respectfully.

COLABO is purely here (at the moment) to match creatives with other creatives for collaboration purposes.

9. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. You’ll be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of the platform means you accept the new terms.
