COLABO is a platform that connects designers, stylists, photographers, models, journalists, and other creatives in fashion. We provide a space to showcase work, discover new talent, and collaborate.

To use COLABO, you must:

• Be 18 years or older.

• Submit accurate information about yourself and your work.

• Only upload work you own or have rights to share.

3. Content Ownership & Responsibility

• You own all rights to the work you upload.

• By submitting, you give COLABO permission to display your images, portfolio details, and contact information on our website and social media.

• You are responsible for:

  • Ensuring your content does not infringe copyright or other rights.

  • Only sharing information (email, Instagram, phone, location) you are comfortable making public.

• COLABO is not responsible for how third parties use information you choose to publish.

4. Contact & Collaboration

• Other users may contact you using the details you provide (email, Instagram, phone).

• COLABO does not monitor or manage these communications.

• Any collaboration, rental, or agreement made is entirely your responsibility, COLABO is simply here to match creatives, and support exposure.

5. Privacy & Data Use
By signing up, you agree that COLABO may:

• Display your submitted work and contact information publicly on our platform.

• Share your portfolio and contact details (as credits or for contact purposes) in marketing content.

• Store your information securely in line with our Privacy Policy.
  We will never sell your data.

6. Platform Use

• You agree not to:

• Spam or misuse other members’ contact details.

• Upload offensive, illegal, or harmful content.

• Misrepresent your identity or work.​

7. No Guarantees or Liability

• COLABO is an early-stage platform. We cannot guarantee continuous availability or that all features will work perfectly.

• COLABO is not responsible for:

  • Outcomes of collaborations, rentals, or communication between members.

  • Any loss, damage, or disputes that occur.
    Please use COLABO professionally and at your own discretion.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of COLABO means you accept the new terms.
