Q: What is COLABO?
A: COLABO is a digital showroom that connects emerging designers with stylists and other creatives. Designers can showcase, or rent out their pieces. Stylists gain one place to discover, request, and manage rentals without the traditional barriers of a fragmented process involving PR showrooms, Instagram, word of mouth, and contacts.

Q: Is COLABO available as an app?
A: Not yet — for now, it’s web-based and mobile-friendly. An app is on our roadmap.

Q: How is content moderated?
A: Every designer upload is reviewed before going live. We check for quality, imagery, and fit with COLABO’s curated standards.

STYLISTS

Q: What do I get with a stylist membership?
A: Access to our rental showroom catalogue, with the ability to filter by designer, garment type, colour, size, availability, and more. You’ll also get in-platform messaging to contact designers directly, manage requests, and see item availability calendars.

Q: How much does it cost?
A: Access is free!

DESIGNERS

Q: Is it free to join as a designer?
A: Yes — showcasing your work is free.

Q: How do rentals work?
A: Stylists send requests through COLABO. Designers approve or decline each request and manage their own logistics. In the future, COLABO will offer more built-in rental support.

Q: Who handles shipping and returns?
A: At this stage, designers manage shipping and returns directly. COLABO is working toward offering additional tools and partnerships to streamline logistics.

Q: Can I sell items on COLABO?
A: Selling is not something that COLABO offers. We may introduce this later down the line but right now COLABO is purely for rentals.

Q: Can I update my items once they’re uploaded?
A: Yes — you can request edits or updates at any time. We encourage keeping your catalogue current so stylists know what’s available.
